How much of it hangs, and how much folds

This is the first question we ask, and it decides the whole layout. Saris, kurtha and readymade shirts want hanging metres; folded stock — jeans, t-shirts, inner — wants shelf metres, and the two are not interchangeable. Shops fitted without that count end up with rails so crammed a customer cannot pull one piece out to look at it, and empty shelves along the back wall. We count your stock at the site visit and set the ratio from it.

The trial room decides the sale

A trial room with a bare bulb overhead, no hook and a curtain that does not meet in the middle loses sales that were otherwise already made. We build them with a proper door or a full-width curtain track, a mirror at the right distance to see a full outfit, a bench or a hook for a bag, and front-facing light rather than overhead — overhead lighting throws shadows down a face and a garment, which is exactly what a customer reads as 'this does not suit me'.

Mid-floor display that can be moved

Your stock changes with the season and Dashain does not look like Asar. We build mid-floor gondolas and rails on levelling feet rather than fixing everything to the floor, so you can reshape the shop floor for a festival push and put it back afterwards without calling anybody.

Areas we cover

We take cloth & fancy shop decoration work across the Kathmandu valley — Machhapokhari, Balaju, Gongabu, New Buspark, Samakhusi, Kalanki, Chabahil, Baneshwor, Koteshwor, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur and the surrounding wards. The workshop is at Lotse Mall, Machhapokhari, Kathmandu, Nepal, so a site visit anywhere in the valley is a short trip rather than a scheduling problem.

Cloth & fancy shop decoration — your questions

Yes — cosmetics, bags, gift and general fancy stock. The display is different from garments, mostly shallow shelving and lockable glass for the higher-value lines, and we plan it around what you actually carry.
