What is included
Cabling is designed in or taped down later
Every office we are called into to fix has the same problem: power and data run along the skirting and across the floor under tape, because nobody planned where the desks would be before the electrician came. We set the workstation clusters first, then run trays inside the desk spine with grommets where the machines actually sit. It costs a little more at the build and it is the single thing people notice a year later.
Partition height is a real decision
Full-height partitions give privacy and kill the room's light and airflow. Desk-height screens keep the floor open and give none. The right answer is usually neither extreme, and it differs between a sales floor that needs to hear each other and an accounts desk that needs not to be overheard. We ask what each cluster does before we set the height.
Fitted around your working week
Most offices cannot close for three weeks and do not need to. Because the units are built at our workshop, installation can be sequenced cluster by cluster, over weekends or after hours, so the floor keeps working while it changes around the staff.

We take office interior design work across the Kathmandu valley — Machhapokhari, Balaju, Gongabu, New Buspark, Samakhusi, Kalanki, Chabahil, Baneshwor, Koteshwor, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur and the surrounding wards. The workshop is at Lotse Mall, Machhapokhari, Kathmandu, Nepal, so a site visit anywhere in the valley is a short trip rather than a scheduling problem.
